WilsonMiller is presently seeking a seasoned, creative & organized professional to lead, manage & mentor our Business Communications group as the Corporate Marketing Director.
The successful candidate will assume overall leadership and responsibility for the development, execution and oversight of the marketing strategy for WilsonMiller.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
*Primary point of contact for all marketing matters.
*Will oversee the timely development, implementation, maintenance and quality control of all marketing output including: qualification materials, proposals, brochures, project pages, staff resumes, presentations, website and promotional activities.
* Will assume responsibility for updating/maintaining the CRM database and marketing software.
*Manage 10+/- direct reports, each responsible for various Marketing functions located in multiple offices.
*Ensure effective execution by training and supervising staff, building, improving and tracking processes, evaluate the effectiveness of implemented programs and communicate results to Executive staff.
This position reports to the President. This position will require travel to the branch offices (within Florida) for meetings with Marketing staff, Management, and/or corporate clients.

Position Requirements:
A minimum of 10+ years experience with marketing strategy, branding, competitive assessment, public relations, media and collateral materials working in an A/E/C firm.
A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing or related field
Must be an effective communicator and be able to work successfully with multiple levels of internal staff, clients and consultants. CPSM qualification is a plus.
Experience with CRM databases, Deltek Vision and other marketing software
Impeccable speaking, grammar, and writing skills
