SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating marketing strategies for firm growth and identity for Nelson Architectural Engineers, Inc. (NAE) under the general direction of the President and Vice President.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute marketing communications programs to promote NAE services, including website, professional publications, announcements, trade show events/exhibits, advertising, speaking engagements, and related professional organizations.
• Generate documents to aid in NAE efficiency and operations including templates and resource manuals; monitor professional engineering registrations for P.E.s in selected states in the U.S.
• Develop innovative strategies to empower NAE to advance in selected disciplines. Develop relationships for diversifying consultants to expand NAE’s expert database.
• Ensure compliance with corporate image and identity, guidelines, company policy and procedure.
• Work with IT on Internet marketing research and keyword campaign.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Two to five years experience to include: 1) organizational development; 2) proven growth strategies; 3) working with a variety of professional backgrounds; and 4) coordination of multiple projects.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
• Able to initiate projects independently.
• Knowledge of various software programs.
• Able to navigate the web and conduct research in related areas; identify problems and develop mechanisms to remedy.
• Able to promote NAE and develop business through various networking forums, media events, sporting events, conferences, and other social settings.
