CEFCO Stores - We are a Temple, Texas based construction company seeking a very high energy individual qualified to perform the duties of Director Maintenance and Construction. This person will be responsible for the Facilities Maintenance Dept, project planning and design and all major construction operations. They will provide strategic direction for all major facilities projects and direct day-to-day operations to ensure long term durability of all corporate facilities.
This candidate must have a BS in Engineering, along with 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible management positions in Facilities Maintenance including time in a senior management role. A Masters Degree would be very helpful.
