Larimer County is seeking a qualified customer service focused Facilities Services Director to lead and oversee all facilities functions including master planning, design, construction, energy conservation, component replacement and operations and maintenance of our facilities. We have over 1 million square feet of office space in 28 buildings located across the County.
The ideal candidate will be creative/ progressive, people and service oriented, well organized, and performs well under pressure. We offer a flexible and enjoyable work environment performing interesting work with excellent people. Eight years of experience in Facilities Management including implementing large, complex construction projects, facilities operations, leadership, and management of a Facilities Department. Bachelor's Degree and IFMA certification. This is a permanent position with full benefits.
