This growth has fostered a need for an exceptional person to oversee estimating activities, prepare cost estimates, proposals and contracts. This individual can begin work immediately. You will be working with all levels of management and will be a key player in this organization.
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic candidate.
• Applicant must be computer literate.
• Must be able to complete quantity take off and accurate estimates
• Effective management of all paperwork, contract process, design build agreements, final contract documents, etc.
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to bid, negotiate and close contracts
• Strong customer relation skills
• At least fifteen years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, including at least ten years as an estimator
• Hands-on experience with creation, negotiation and execution of contract documents
• Previous experience and success in a supervisory roll
