Job Requirements : * Ideal candidates must have 10+ years experience in construction management on healthcare facility projects and/or programs. * Domestic experience on United States based healthcare facilities is necessary. * Experience with construction management processes, means, and methods is required. * Must be able to manage construction management services while collaborating with internal and external clients. * Ideal candidates will understand project delivery, time management, and how to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions. * Good communication, writing, and computer skills are essential. * Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related degree is required.
