Job Requirements: * Ideal candidates will possess 15 + years of experience in construction management service. * Experience in design phase, programming, and planning required. * Project experience in correctional facilities is preferred. * Must possess experience in construction management efforts to ensure that the project delivery adheres to approved design, budget, and schedule. * Ability to take initiative and create solutions while collaborating with internal and external clients. * Individual should understand the value of project delivery, cost complexity, and the need to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions. * Good communication, writing, and computer skills are essential. * Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related degree is required. * Licensed Architect is preferred.
