This is position is more than just a position it is critical for the future growth of my clients organization. The ideal candidate will have previous multi-site manufacturing experience and have a strong knowledge of electrical codes. We are looking for someone with experience with medium voltage switchgear. This position will be a change agent and will be responsible to develop strategic plans for new engineered products.
Requirements:
* Four year degree with an engineering or manufacturing emphasis
* Electrical OEM background
* Managed multi site location
* P&L responsibility of 100M or more
* Willingness to relocate
* Strong people skills
