Experience with traffic signal, pavement marking, sign lighting and maintenance and protection of traffic plans a plus. Performance of traffic analyses and preparation of traffic studies also a plus. As project manager, will be responsible for supervising and directing design engineers and technicians. Experience 5-10 years professional engineering experience in the area of roadway design (direct experience with PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike Commission preferred.) Skills Must be current with technical skills for the development of roadway plans for PennDOT and PA Turnpike Commission including computer and CADD applications. Good verbal and written communication skills required. Degrees / Licenses (R)equired – (P)referred BSCE and PE (R). CM will function in an Agency role and be responsible for oversight of project schedule and budget as well as quality assurance of contractors work. CM will be required to prepare and analyze schedules, prepare cost estimates and negotiate change orders, maintain document control, solve construction problems in the field, and establish an effective working relationship with clients, contractors, and designers.
