Successful candidate to supervise, direct and control construction, operations, and maintenance of the distribution and substation facilities. Supervise, direct and control education and training of assigned employees to develop competent, skilled line workers. Provide for safety training, supervision and compliance as required for NRECA Safety Accreditation, OSHA Regulations and co-op procedures and policies. Investigate, survey and design the construction of electric distribution lines in accordance with approved construction specifications. Responsible for obtaining all necessary legal documents required for the construction of electric facilities. Must be able to monitor the status of the system’s distribution facilities including both substation and lines. Job Requirements Minimum HS graduate with 10 years of utility experience, preferred college degree in related field. Must pass physical exam. Co-op offers a competitive wage and benefit package.
