Job Description: Responsibilities

Our client, a major financial institution with offices in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a Facilities Manager.

Our client is offering a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience. Relocation package available.

This individual will lead and coordinate the day-to-day facilities operations of the branch. This facility comprises of approximately 150,000 square feet with about 1,200 employees.

The Facilities Manager will have primary responsibility for managing facilities staff and vendor management relationships with external service providers / outsourced contractors regarding: all facilities services and office services, facilities sourcing, building operations, construction, maintenance and repairs, cleaning services, landscaping services, food services, contingency planning, security, safety, etc.


Qualifications

*

Position requires 10+ years experience as Facilities Manager for Class A buildings and or significant / landmark buildings.
*

Bachelor’s degree required.
*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / PC skills needed.
*

Professional certifications helpful.
