Our client is offering a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience. Relocation package available. * This individual will lead and coordinate the day-to-day facilities operations of the branch. This facility comprises of approximately 150,000 square feet with about 1,200 employees. * The Facilities Manager will have primary responsibility for managing facilities staff and vendor management relationships with external service providers / outsourced contractors regarding: all facilities services and office services, facilities sourcing, building operations, construction, maintenance and repairs, cleaning services, landscaping services, food services, contingency planning, security, safety, etc. Qualifications * Position requires 10+ years experience as Facilities Manager for Class A buildings and or significant / landmark buildings. * Bachelor’s degree required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / PC skills needed. * Professional certifications helpful.
