Program Director (PD - sill)   Employer: Picerne Military Housing Job Location: Fort Sill , OK Cash Compensation: Industry Type: General Contractors - Managers Job Description: The purpose of this position is to oversee and manage all operations for Picerne Military Housing at the assigned installation, to implement and ensure follow through on Picerne Military Housing vision and direction per the President/Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, to manage all installation functional leaders, programmatic resources and other installation resources as they pertain to Picerne Military Housing at the post. Core responsibilities include: Implementing and administering operating policies consistent with the vision of the President/Chief Executive Officer and ensuring their execution. Carry out management and supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Picerne Military Housing policies. Daily oversight of the operations of all installation functional leaders, the Picerne Military Housing resources, installation program, vision and Community Development and Management Plan. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field. Strong working knowledge of complex mix use projects that include planning, design and financing. Fully versed in Microsoft Office, working with financial budgets and reports, development/construction scheduling programs and complex spreadsheets. Understanding of privatization, working with government programs and developments with multiple phases. Strong organizational, mentoring, communication and team building skills. Commitment to work collaboratively with senior management and establish a positive and dynamic team environment. Required Experience Minimum of 12 years experience as a senior real estate executive. Minimum 10 years experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, complex real estate transactions, working with public and private sector transactions, overseeing and managing senior leadership teams. Proven success in finance, development, construction, permitting, planning, managing consulting teams and implementing real estate programs.
