Job Description: recision Resource Company is seeking an HR Generalist for a long-term contract assignment to be based in Kosse, Texas. The starting pay for this position is between $28-30 per hour DOE.


Under direction from the Kosse of client director, performs broad professional human resources generalist activities to support and stream line HR processes, policies and programs including manager self service center concept, job posting, new employee orientation, compensation, performance management, organizational development, workforce planning, learning and development, diversity, affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, complaint investigation, labor relations, payroll, HRIS and benefits including annual enrollment.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

Directly or through others, the incumbent will:

Partner with site managers and supervisors to be an advocate of the self service concept through effective communication on the use of the manager self service center and employee service center and various Human Resources processes, policies and initiatives.

Partner with management and support staff to develop and implement change management initiatives leading to desired high-performing workplace culture.

Improve ineffective processes through streamlining and removal of waste.

Interpret and advise on employee-related policies, programs, and procedures.

Manage daily organizational and administrative aspects of HR operations.

Conduct exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.

Facilitate and/or provide training (including new orientation) to the workforce.

Facilitate the recruiting process and participates in strategic recruiting for assigned location. Interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants to fill entry level, professional and technical job openings.

Participate in the administration of compensation programs.

Prepare HR related reports as requested.

Perform other duties as required.


Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree human resources, business and/or related discipline or equivalent experience required.

Three plus years experience in human resources with field industrial experience preferred.

Strong ability to influence and develop partnerships with clients/others.

Strategic HR leadership and change management skills.

Good presentation, facilitation and computer skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to research and analyze various different type of data information.

Ability to organize and prioritize work.

Must have strong generalist background who doesn’t mind recruiting and entering new hires into the system. For the right person, this could be a long-term assignment.
