We are specifically looking for a self-starter with a very high level of enthusiasm and ambition. The right candidate must posses strong people skills, the ability to motivate and to negotiate. The Project Executive (PE) will have a wide range of duties that cover all aspects of the construction process. The PE will handle marketing and networking functions, contract negotiations, and everything from the conceptual development phase of the project, through final completion. It is the PE’s responsibility to ensure that the project is done on time, on budget and with the utmost of quality control. Preferred candidates would have prior experience in construction management, marketing and contract negotiations as well as blue print reading skills and strong computer skills.
