Inside Sales Representative duties include:
Telephone prospecting and selling new accounts in an assigned territory.
Inside, B2B, telephone sales exp. a "plus", average 75+ daily.
Professional, confident personality preferred.
Building relationships w/potential customers, eliciting info. & assessing needs.
Giving online product demonstrations.
Great attitude, team player with high energy.
Updating and maintaining a database with customer information.
Construction industry sales experience a plus.
Strong customer service skills for renewals and repeat sales.
Previous $45 to 55K+ in sales earnings preferred.
Ability to identify and qualify decision makers required.
Ability to meet sales goals with an above average quota attitude.

Position requires professional work ethic, good time management, superior organizational & interpersonal skills, strong computer ability with internet savvy, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent plus relevant experience is required; a college degree is a plus. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years inside sales experience involving the use of a web-based contact management program.
