Senior executives think strategically and make tactical contributions across the organization and within their function(s). The VP/CRO & GC must be a leader who can drive the conception, development and implementation of a strategic legal and risk architecture, strategy, goals, plans and day to day activities. They work closely with senior management business line leaders while responsible for a centralized legal and risk functions. The VP/CRO & GC possesses several distinguishing personality traits: strong principal based leadership, emotional intelligence, flexibility, confidence, creativity, and superior interpersonal skills. Experience/Skills: 15-20+ years managing and leading a diverse in-house or corporate Legal function with a breadth of legal experience, 10+ years experience in risk management with ability to implement processes, programs and procedures.
