Job Description: |
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to interview for the position of Senior Vice President for a privately held multifamily company that builds, owns and manages its own product. The position will be responsible for managing up to 20,000+ units across the United States. The position is located in the Northeastern United States. Target base salary in the $200K range with a total compensation in the $250K range, plus excellent benefits and relocation package.
We are looking for 15+ years of multifamily experience, candidates who have previously managed multi-site managers and at least 10,000 units. Also, a bachelor's degree is required with advanced degree and/or CPM preferred.
