Our Client provides a variety of services including engineering and construction, public & private partnerships, and CM/GC in general building, heavy highway & interchanges, infrastructure, bridge, wastewater treatment, dams. This incredible company has asked us to seek out a talented individual with extensive experience with the above listed project types. The qualified candidate will have significant estimating experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS · 10+ years experience in Heavy Civil/Infrastructure/Bridge experience required. · Four year construction engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. · Extensive experience in preconstruction and estimating, thorough knowledge of hard / competitive bid process. · Caltrans experience is a plus. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES · The Chief Estimator is responsible for the administration and execution of all project estimates, and is ultimately responsible for driving the strategy behind a successful and profitable project. · Participates as requested in the marketing, estimating, bidding and contract negotiation phases of the projects assigned. COMPENSATION Our Client is offering and extremely competitive compensation package including a base salary starting at $100,000 plus a full benefits package including company vehicle, full medical, profit sharing, lap top computer, cell phone, and corporate expense account.
