Job Description: |
Join a dynamic new Human Resources team and play a strategic senior role in the development of Human Resources policies and programs. Focus on broad generalist duties including employee relations, staffing, organization development, training and compensation. You will actively participate as a key member of the Human Resources Department team, assisting with the development and accomplishment of Human Resources strategic plans and goals.
Requirements include eight or more years of experience along with two years of management experience. A broad based knowledge in core Human Resources functions with at least one year of your experience in manufacturing, transportation, warehousing and logistics, construction or other similar industry (managing the complexities of a 3-shift operation) is required. A bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field is required and a Masters degree is preferred along with certification as a PHR or SPHR.
