Kokolakis Contracting, Inc Job Location: Tarpon Springs , FL Cash Compensation: Industry Type: General Contractors - Managers Job Description: J.​Kokolakis Contracting, Inc.​, a 35 year general Contracting firm, with annual sales in excess of $150 million, has an immediate opening for Senior Construction Executive to join our office in Bohemia, New York.​ The desired applicant must have experience in commercial construction for local, state and federal agencies.​ The ideal candidate is: * A proven leader * Minimum of 15 years experience in Construction Management * Knowledgeable with Goverment contracting (FARs) * Experience with Design-Build projects * Ability to manage a minimum of 5 construction teams * Bachelors degree or higher education * Ability to interpret construction/​contract documents * Superior working knowledge of all construction disciplines * Primavera CPM scheduling experience * Must Possess good interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to identify, research and resolve issues Company Description: J.
