A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required, or the ability to obtain one for both NC and SC. Certification in HFDP, LEED AP, CHFM, ASHE, would be helpful and preferred. Degree in mechanical engineering (BSME) is required. MSME is helpful. A strong understanding of applicable design codes and standards, specification requirements, and the ability to interpret and coach the team will be part of the responsibilities. Must have a strong track record in leading, managing and planning projects is a critical part of the position. Successful history as a project manager will be a major plus.
