Human Resources Manager, Consolidated Service Center (CSC)
POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position will be a direct report to the Human Resources (HR) Director and will be giving support to the Global Account Manager for Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics and matrix report to the Director, Operations, CSC who is the primary customer this position serves.
The Human Resources (HR) Manager will be responsible for the direction and oversight of all Human Resource functions pertaining to Recruitment (several hundred candidates per week), hiring, mandatory training, deployment processing, records management, employee relations and Security badges of all personnel hired by KBR to serve on global projects for Government and Infrastructure (G&I). The Human Resources Manager will also be required to produce analytical reports, track measures of effectiveness (MOEs), and performance rate subordinate HR professionals.

· Self-initiative, a proactive management style, combined with decisiveness, good judgment, tact, respect for the dignity of all persons, dedication to fairness, enforcement of standards, and situational awareness skills to recognize legal and high risk impacts to the business
· Ability to interface with legal, compliance, operations, individual employees, employee family members, senior management and the public is expected.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
· Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
REQUIREMENTS
· Travel for extended periods (several months possible) to remote locations to include Iraq, Afghanistan, and other Government and Infrastructure deployed locations
· Active security clearance is preferred, but at a minimum, candidate must be able to obtain a US government security clearance within the initial 6 months of employment
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree, required emphasis Human Resources, preferred
· 15 or more years experience in Human Resource management, with overseas project, international HR, supervisory, management, and employee relations experience
· US government work experience or extensive knowledge of federal contracting regulations is preferred
