Job Description: |
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Manage all phases of project planning and execution in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the Project Director and client. Perform multiple tasks and independently account for project staff and profit/loss (P&L). Manage staff requiring organization and direction of work/activities. Supervise all project staff through subordinate leaders. Interpret and analyze project financial statements and make decisions according to key financial issues and financial performance. Prepare and administer project budget. Responsible for managing the recruitment, training, and development of project staff for advanced assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
· 15 years of progressive project management experience
· Solid accounting and finance skills
· Knowledge of government contracts
· Top Secret clearance
· Project Management Professional (PMP)
· Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related field
· Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) preferred
· Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
