Education:
A Bachelor's degree is required. A MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Work Experience:To be successful, we require a minimum of 15 years broad HR generalist experience with at least 5 years serving as the senior corporate or divisional HR executive in a multi plant environment. This includes HR strategy, organizational development, performance management, staffing, employee development, employee compensation and motivation, employee relations, HRIS strategy, workers compensation cost analysis and reduction, union negotiations and labor relations.
