This function is not chartered to develop new building and utility systems per se as this is a design function, but would be expected to support translation of user requirements and business case relevancies to projects specifically through basis of design and construction drawing stages. With a strong focus on Laboratory/Infrastructure projects in the upcoming capital plan, the individual will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders in these two project types.
