Manager Project Development   Employer: Hilton Hotel Corporation Job Location: Beverly Hills , CA Cash Compensation: Industry Type: Building Owners Job Description: Job Summary Direct strategic and tactical planning, organizing and controlling of the project supply services spectrum, including project scope and review, interior design review, project analysis and rationalization, budget development and proposals, and project initiatives related to new hotel construction and renovation services with Owners, Hotel Management and Franchises. Establishes revenue opportunities and maintains strong relationships with hotels/owners, developers, management companies, contractors, consultants, hotel operations/operations support, and brand management. Basic Qualifications · Four (4) year college degree or significant work experience in lieu thereof· 2-3 years work experience in Procurement, Hospitality, Supply Management, Design or related field. Preferred Qualifications · CPSM or C.P.M. certification or willingness to attain certification during the course of employment.· Advance degree in hospitality, business, or sales/marketing field · Optimum mix of work experience would result in five (5) or more years of experience in project and supply management, finance and logisticts management roles· Supervisory experience · In depth knowledge of contracts, negotiations, finance, architectural and interior design terminology and the hospitality industry.· Proficiency computer skills Additional Information In order to apply to this position, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Hilton Hotels Corporation will not be providing visa sponsorship for this position.
