Job Description: We are seeking a Vice President, Regional Manager for a start up office in Denver, CO region.​ This individual will report to the President, US Projects Group.​ The Regional Manager will be responsible for program and construction management projects with both public and private clients.​ Projects include but are not limited to transit (rail, airport, port, road and bridge, bus, and tunnel), water facilities, GSA, education (universities, colleges, and K-12 schools), libraries, hospitals, government (DOE, DOD, and COE), correctional facilities, environmental remediation, and industrial facilities.​


RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and direct the profitability of all operations including strategic planning and department budgets.​
* Carry out Hill’s goals for increasing and encouraging client connections.​
* Provide project oversight to ensure excellent service to our clients.​
* Ensure the region RFP’s RFQ’s and SOQ’s represent Hills BD and marketing principles and objectives.​
* Effectively communicates with the President and Finance Department on financial and economic performance indicators and lead the business development efforts.​
* Works with the Contracts manager to review and verify all Regional contracts.​
* Direct, observe, and reports on regional business procedures.​
* Guide, authorize, and implement the major plans and procedures consistent with the goals of the company.​
* Develop and build relationships and networks with industry professionals.​
* Develop client contact matrix to monitor overall project satisfaction.​
* Manage, develop, and strengthen the present professional staff.​
* Meet with staff and conduct annual performance appraisals.​



QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum of fifteen years experience in the construction management industry including experience with the Denver, CO clients
* Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University
* Graduate degree is a PLUS!
* Must have hands-on experience managing a major business unit.​
* Proven track record resulting in major client development and WINS.​
* Strong proven problem solving skills.​
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.​
