Tishman Realty and Construction, a prestigious NYC construction management company for over 100 years is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Services executive who will manage both the people and the activities of our incredibly busy creative marketing services department. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. The primary focus of this position is to provide leadership, strategy and direction to our team of marketing services coordinators, writers and technical content providers. To be successful, you must demonstrate strong expertise in managing every aspect of the bidding process in response to RFP, RFQ and RFI requirements, including qualification package and documentation preparation, such as SF254/255, SF330 forms required by city, state and federal agencies. Your ability to manage multiple complex proposals is essential. You will also review all proposals, assuring a consistent branding effort. Working with the proposal teams and executives, your team will prepare presentations and other marketing materials for client meetings and interviews. You will partner with executives in producing quality materials promotional campaigns, trade shows, industry events and advertisements. This is a very visible position, requiring exceptional ability to develop strong, credible partnerships throughout the organization through superb management skills and solid results. Our department works on a high volume of proposals, with a very short turn-around time. Our business is international in scope, and the team also provides virtual support as needed to our regional metro offices. You must be not only a good manager of people and schedules, but also able to pitch in yourself and produce highly professional results for key clients. The ability to foresee issues, provide creative solutions, and maximize the performance of our talented marketing team is critical. Job Requirements Qualifications: BA Marketing, Communications, English or other relevant degree required. A minimum of 7 years of managing marketing services for a large construction management firm is required, to include managing people. Proven track record of success in leading project teams required. Ability to interact effectively at the highest levels of the organization both in verbal and written communication required.
