The ideal candidate will have: * A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related field * 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist and/or recruiting function; having emphasis in recruiting * Strong interpersonal, communication and interviewing skills * Strong computer skills * Excellent planning and organizational abilities * High energy and ability to multi-task * Assertive and persuasive abilities As a Human Resources Generalist, you will participate in: * Behavioral interviewing, recommending qualified candidates, and advising hiring managers * Participating in the needs analysis process * Developing sourcing strategies based on position description and locations * Organizing and attending job fairs * Other HR functions, such as performance management, salary planning, employee relations and special projects Primary Accountabilities will include: * HR Generalist Support to Corporate Staff departments * Leadership of Salary Compensation Processes * Professional Recruiting * Special Projects Company Description: NVR, Inc.
