PBS&J is seekeing a Program Manager that will be responsible for the overall contract and will work with all staff to ensure that the proper personnel are in place to get the project completed on time and within the budget programmed. The Program Manager will work with the Project Managers to identify staff needs and to help in the development of work plans within each project. The Program Manager will also be responsible for the budget and financial obligations that are required as part of this contract. The Program Manager will work with all staff to control the costs associated with the contract and will ensure that all aspects of the contract are maintained within the scope of the contract. One of the primary responsibilities will be to anticipate the client’s needs, interpret contract and financial commitments and to manage client expectations within the context of the firm’s contractual obligations to the client. Addiitonal duties include:  Major infrastructure program planning, design and construction management  Major infrastructure program management  Transportation, transit, urban planning, architectural and construction management Requirements A Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. A valid Professional Engineers license or equivalent is required. A minimum of 15 years of experience is required. International work experience is also desired. A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Oracle financial reporting and Primavera or other scheduling software preferred. General understanding of software development and project controls related software.
