Preconstruction Manager   Employer: SR Construction Job Location: Las Vegas , NV Cash Compensation: Industry Type: Design Build Firms Job Description: SR Construction, Inc. is actively seeking a seasoned Preconstruction Manager capable of specializing in our Healthcare, Hospitality and Federal Design/Build markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of design, estimating, scheduling, negotiating, and coordination of the entire preconstruction phase to define and meet client�s expectations for these markets. This individual shall coordinate Owners, Estimators, Consultants and Subcontractors through the entire preconstruction process in order to achieve our client�s goals. They should have a skill set beyond technical proficiency including capabilities of managing large, complex projects; have a degree in engineering or construction; strong communication skills; a minimum of 10 years in Federal Government, Hospitality or Healthcare experience with a demonstrated ability to succeed. The Preconstruction Manager must have a proven track record in preconstruction management, Design/Build delivery, estimating, scheduling, budget/cost control, client relationships, exceptional communication skills to include both written and verbal, computer skills, leadership and organizational skills. A minimum of 5 years Design/Build experience in dealing with government agencies, specifically DOD - Army, Navy, Air Force, VA, etc. is mandatory. An in-depth understanding of design/build preconstruction management services and the proposal submission process is essential in selecting the right candidate.
