A qualified Construction Engineer has a BA or BS from an accredited ABET, NAAB or ACCE program and ensures that construction work is professionally performed and compliant with specs, schedules and standards. You will be the key to the successful execution of construction projects for new properties or improvements to existing properties. You have the expertise to carry out essential tasks including inspection; rendering technical interpretations; reviewing and approving contractor submittals; writing cost estimates and coordinating architect/engineer services; settling of contractor claims and disputes; and preparing all related reports in a timely manner.
