Job Description: |
Two-step succession-plan search for the next president of an HVAC controls company operating throughout California and the Pacific/Mountain region. As the Number 2 manager in the company, the director initially will undertake a combination of project management, sales and operations duties. Within a short length of time, he is expected to assume overall responsibility for the management of the company and may be tasked with growing the business well beyond the West Coast.
Skills
10 years or more of comprehensive HVAC controls sales or project management experience
Supervisory skills
Strong communications and client relationship building abilities
Advanced degree or registered engineer is a plus
