Job Description: |
Edgewater is seeking Human Resource Managers for an assignment in Aiken, SC. Required education and experience are as follows:
Bachelor's Degree (Business, human resources or related field preferred) AND 7+ years experience in human resources OR 12+ years experience in related field
In Lieu of 7-12 years of experience, candidate must have a Masters Degree in HR, I/O Psych, or Business and 3-5 years of Human Resources experience AND thorough knowledge of employment practices and laws.
A security clearance is not initially required; however, candidate must be capable of obtaining an L or Q clearance if required to perform assigned duties.
