Based at our headquarters in Radnor, PA, the person in this position works under the day-to-day direction of the Senior Vice President of Operations. The position will oversee 7 Regional Property Managers (who will have dual reporting to this position and their Regional Managing Director) as well as the Director of Maintenance. The primary role is to lead the companys property management, energy management, sustainability, tenant relations and engineering efforts. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Primary Responsibilities: * Lead the companys energy management initiatives including energy use and cost monitoring, Energy Star, efficiency, purchasing, training and alternative energy opportunities. * Lead the companys sustainability initiatives including the continued development and refinement of construction guidelines, LEED scorecards and reporting and marketing materials. * Spearhead all of the companys tenant relations programs including eTenants, tenant surveys and interviews. * Conduct property audits to ensure all Property Management policies and procedures are being performed. * Monitoring of all purchasing, contracting and bidding efforts within the company. * Participate on various company task forces and committees relative to property operations. REQUIREMENTS * Undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited four-year college or university required * Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in commercial property management * Energy management and sustainability experience * Prior supervisory, team and consensus building experience * Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint required Competencies/Other Qualifications: * Strong communication and analytical skills * Outstanding team and consensus building skills * Individual should be self-motivated and have the capacity to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
