Job Description: |

We are currently seeking the “ultimate entrepreneur” – a dynamic, seasoned and resourceful senior sales executive to serve as Senior Vice President, Hospital Design & Construction for the South Eastern United States.
The successful candidate will effectively and strategically operate at the C Level to identify, qualify and position $10 Million - $500 Million hospital projects in: Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Geogia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee. Applicants who reside in these states are preferred.

Qualifications:
10+ years hospital sales experience with direct C Level contact and National
accounts required, preferably with “big ticket” sales at hospitals (ex: CT Scans, Cath.
Labs, Clinical/Financial/EHR software solutions or other capital equipment sales).
Strong consultative and analytical skills, including “Strategic Selling” experience in a
hospital environment, and knowledge of what keeps hospital C-level executives
“awake at night.”
Proven track record in managing a long sales cycle and highly complex sales process in
the hospital market.
Exceptional communications skills.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Essential Job Functions:
Focus strategic sales efforts with CEO/COO/Senior VP level executives and Board
members to increase penetration at health care institutions.
Establish and manage sales process, from lead and pipeline management to positioning
for successful close.
Report directly to the CEO.
Requires extensive overnight travel within the territory.

Ability to work collaboratively to develop and execute strategies and tactics
based on unique business model. “Lone wolf” need not apply.
High energy level, strong work ethic, and able to be effective in an ever-changing
environment.
