Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Executive needed for well-established company that provides pre-construction and construction (mechanical contracting) services that deliver cost-effective commercial HVAC & Plumbing systems to clients. Looking for an exceptional individual with strong business development skills to assist w/ new Washington, D.C. location. This Executive will report directly to the CEO/President and will be instrumental in the launching of this new location. This seasoned commercial HVAC and/or commercial Plumbing Professional will have strong management, operational, sales and marketing skills likely gained in a similar role as a Regional/Divisional executive or Branch Manager. Extensive industry experience (15+ yrs) is required. Must have current industry knowledge of general pricing models and proven capabilities to generate business leads. Client is looking for individual w/ established contacts and strong relationships w/ general contractors in the Washington, D.C. area. Preferred background includes both commercial HVAC and Plumbing systems, knowledge of design/build, and capabilities to work effectively w/ general contractors in commercial pre-construction and original construction. Must posses current Master Refrigeration License. Base salary $90Ks-$150K+, plus generous and attractive benefits and bonuses.
