This is a significant opportunity to contribute to the growth of our planning and landscape architecture practice in New York City. Your responsibilities will include business development, client relations, design concept development, design development, preparation and/or administration of the completion of contract documents, costs estimates, correspondence, administration of construction services, project management and staff supervision and mentoring. You will be expected to be highly motivated and to respond to client needs in an organized and professional manner. You must be able to take responsibility for the management of a number of projects at one time. You have a minimum 10 years of professional landscape architecture experience with a diverse portfolio. You have experience in: a diverse cross-section of service sectors (e.g. commercial, health care, education, recreation), sustainable design practices, master planning and urban design. You are highly skilled in proposal development, project management and public presentation.
