Knowledge/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. At least 7 years property management experience. Experience working as a project manager or property manager preferred. Position Responsibilities: • Plan and design all new construction projects. • Oversee the implementation of expansion and new construction projects including traveling to job sites. • Oversee the capital budget expenses and control expenditures. • Review all construction related invoices. • Review architectural and engineering drawings. Licenses/Certifications: Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) member, First Aide and Life Safety Certifications preferred.
