The Regional Business Development and Marketing Manager is responsible for establishing and managing the business development and marketing activities, programs, policies, and procedures for a region of a fast growing Top 100 Ranked ENR Firm. This position is based in Columbia, Maryland and supports branch offices in Philadelphia and New York City.T
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager the Regional Business Development and Marketing Manager will work closely with other MBP Business Development and Marketing Team Members to maintain and grow our client base. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the synchronization of all regional marketing functions including the successful development and production of proposals and Statements of Qualifications.
Job Requirements
The Regional Business Development and Marketing Manager should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 10 - 15 years of work experience in both business development and marketing for a Construction Management and/or an Engineering/Architectural firm. A working knowledge of SF 330, SF254, SF255, free formed proposals, advertising, and basic marketing procedures is required. Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices, familiarity with government procurement procedures, and a working knowledge of Word, Publisher & PowerPoint is needed.
