Required Skills Proven success in project management, scheduling, estimating, negotiations, land planning, civil engineering and architectural design, budget development, housing product development and strategic planning. Must possess strong analytical and conflict management skills and the ability to trouble shoot issues. Strong leadership, mentoring, communication and team building skills. Skilled at establishing and working collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic team environment with multiple projects and priorities. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Timberline Estimating/Accounting, Primavera and Autocad is required. Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required. Masters or advanced degree is preferred. 20+ years of progressive community development /construction management experience within a professional construction, development and management organization is required. 7+ years of experience working at a corporate or regional level with scattered, multi-site projects (more than 4) totaling at least $250 million in annual construction activity and leading a construction staff of 100+.
