Job Description: N.​A.​ Water Systems, LLC, a Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies (VWS) company, is currently seeking a Vice President of Sales & Business Development to oversee and manage the sales function and the individual Sales Mangers that represent VWS design/​build capabilities and technologies.​ This position will be based in our Moon Township, Pennsylvania office.​

N.​A.​ Water Systems, LLC provides complete water and wastewater solutions from process design to complete design-build services.​ The Company’s complete capabilities include process development and testing, detailed engineering and drawings, project and construction management, system start-up and operational training.​

The selected candidate for this highly visible position will be have ultimate responsibility for the oversight of the Company’s business development and sales by ensuring that the goals and objectives of the individual Sales Managers are met.​ Additionally, the candidate will be expected to provide support to the sales staff in terms of presentations and representations to our clients, identify where the Company’s products may be a fit in our overall offering to the clients, and development of marketing, sales and business plans.​ Approximately 50%​ travel is required for this position.​

Responsibilities for this position include (but not be limited to): Responsibility for overall sales plans and objectives (development and execution); work with the Sales Managers to develop goals and objectives for each market; work with the Sales Managers to develop market penetration initiatives; work with the applicable teams to develop proposals/​tenders for all projects; work with the Product Management teams to integrate new technology developed by VWS, locally or internationally; provide support as needed to the R&D, Application Engineering and Product Management groups; plus general oversight of the review and proposal process for projects.​

A Bachelor of Science Degree is required for this position, preferably in an engineering discipline.​ The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience with wastewater treatment (including design/​build) business development.​ They must also possess a high degree of technical competence and communications skills both verbal and written.​
