Job Description: WHR Architects is looking for a proven Business Developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (a minimum of 7 years) developing nationwide business opportunities in the A/E industry for higher education, science and technology markets.



Duties include: developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships—including cold-calling prospective clients; leading business development strategies for assigned market segment; researching markets, clients and projects; leading proposal and presentation strategy and representing WHR in professional organizations and at national conferences.



Requirements include: outstanding sales ability; excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing skills; well-developed organizational and follow-through skills; the ability to be calm under pressure; and able to handle multiple and changing priorities.
