Candidate must have a proven track record of managing and leading a staff of senior project managers of a national Architecture or Engineering firm or Pre Construction department of a major GC or Electrical Subcontractor. Candidate must be detailed orientated with ability and experience to audit Electrical contracts and documents including plans, specs, and addendum for deficiencies, accuracy, value engineering and construct ability. - Candidate must have extensive successful experience interacting with GC's, Owners, developers, architects, and engineers. - Minimum of 10 years field/practical knowledge required. - Candidate will have extensive experience with all aspects of MEP contracting. - Candidate will be adept at estimating, budgeting, contract negotiations, designing build of entire projects, value engineering, and project management, holding process meetings and managing multiple projects at one time. - Candidate should have experience with High-Rise and or large multifamily projects such as apartment buildings, high density Hotels, prisons, and nursing homes.
