Qualifications include: * BS in Civil Engineering required * Professional Registration (PE) required * 10+ year’s experience in geotechnical and/or construction materials testing and engineering management * A proven track record in growing the business and strong leadership skills required Requirements: * Develop and implement regional strategies to grow the business and increase profitability * Assist business units in developing individual business goals and strategies for their local market and provide guidance in their development of their comprehensive annual business plans. * Promote the delivery of high quality services that focus on client satisfaction and new business opportunities. * Provide senior engineering review of work product. * Become a market leader and develop deep understanding of the major clients, competitors, can market forces at play in each market. * Build strong client relationships and help develop the most desirable clients and build their business. * Hire and retain the best employees for the company. * Develop personal plans for each manager for learning essential skills, improving performance, and clearly establish expectations for professional assignments and development. * Establish realistic operation improvement strategies and develop action plans to guide the performance improvement process. * Support PSI accounting and administrative procedures and monitor performance for compliance and provide coaching to encourage compliance.
