This position will support the environmental compliance aspects of ARRA projects Requirements: - BS degree in Science or Engineering, preferably MS - At least 20 years experience in preparing regulatory (CERCLA, RCRA, CWA and CAA) documents (work plans, RI/FS, RD and RA reports) and permits (RCRA Part B, NPDES and Air Emissions) - At least 10 years experience working at DOE sites; experience at SRS is desirable - Knowledge of multi-media sampling, monitoring and reporting as well as groundwater modeling is required - No clearance required Company Description: Navarro has also been named one of America's top 100 entrepreneurial growth leaders in Inc Magazine for the past three consecutive years.
