Job Description:

The marketing strategies of Dixon Hughes emphasize the firm-wide development of key industry practices with significant growth potential. The Construction & Real Estate Group Marketing Manager plays a critical role in aligning the firm’s marketing resources with an industry focus and serves this industry practice as a major “client account” of the Firm Marketing Group.

The Construction & Real Estate Group Marketing Manager works with industry leadership to facilitate and support the industry practice’s development plans and efforts, and serves as a primary resource to that effect.

As an integral part of the firmwide marketing function, the Construction & Real Estate Group Marketing Manager ensures successful development and deployment of core strategies, tools and programs throughout the industry practice. The Construction & Real Estate Group Marketing Manager also works with geographic leaders, business developers, and local office marketing coordinators to help orchestrate seamless execution of firm and industry marketing strategies throughout the firm.
Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
* 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or construction and real estate industry
* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; able to effectively interface with and advise senior management of the construction and real estate practice
* Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills; attentive to details without losing sight of big picture
* Technically savvy; Highly proficient with Microsoft Office programs; Experience with e-marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing databases preferred
* Proactive, able to work independently with limited supervision
* Team-oriented and able to interface collaboratively with members of the construction and real estate practice and firm marketing team, as well as geographic practice leadership, business developers and marketing coordinators
* Occasional overnight travel and additional hours as needed
