• Responsible for direction and supervision of a large professional or technical group.
• Typically manages 15-30 employeees.
• Department revenue usually is in excess of $1.5 million per year.
• Coordinates project priorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments to ensure clients are provided the best design capabilities to meet their needs.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and maintenance of design engineering programs and efficient, productive utilization of staff in providing high-quality service.
• Coordinate activities of engineering department or section.
• Assign priorities and staff to jobs.
• Coordinate time and budget on jobs.
• Client contact.
• Quality control.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 12 years of experience.
• Must have expereince in roadway projects.
