Our ideal candidate will be a savvy, articulate, resourceful and self motivated person who can manage priorities, work independently, direct and collaborate with a remote proposal writing team at times and perform a variety of business development tasks. A dynamic, energetic, outgoing and friendly personality who can practice discretion and preserve confidentiality is desirable. Command of basic graphic layout skills utilizing PageMaker or In Design software is desirable. While this position is part of the firm’s Marketing Department, with oversight by the Director of Marketing in Denver, it is responsible for regional business development and reports to the Principal in Charge of the DC Office. Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience in business development within the AEC industry in the Washington DC metropolitan area. The candidate must have the ability to manage their own activities and their work product and provide leadership in developing wining proposal strategies for coordination with the proposal writing team. The ability to develop, maintain and nurture the Firm’s business relationships is required.
