Job Description: The role of the Chief Mechanical Engineer is to be the senior technical manager with extensive experience in building structures, foundations, stress analysis, mechanical computer modeling, vibration analysis, specifications, calculations and construction methods. The Chief directs and manages the office chief mechanical engineers directly and, indirectly, all the mechanical engineering staff in the Building and Facilities Division. The Chief Mechanical Engineer must be passionate about quality, ethics and the importance of collaborative practices.

Successful candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering. Masters degree in Mechanical engineering preferred. A minimum of 25 years of progressive mechanical engineering, design and technical management experience is required. Candidates must have a PE to be considered. LEED Accredited Professional preferred.
